It's the most wonderful time of year.... again?

Guess what?!? We got snow!!!! The locals tell me it snows about once a year in Eugene, OR, so maybe this is our time. Our power went out for about half an hour, but we were ready to break out of month's supply and start roughin' it (nope, not up to a years supply yet). We made our first snowman with Kjersten. It's the little white thing on the ground in front of Jonas and Kjersten. Isn't Kjersten's snow outfit great? Jonas brought it home from Sweden. I think Kjersten prefers to look at snow rather than play in it, but she was in rain boots that are a size too big for her, and it's hard to move around in a puffy outfit. "The Christmas Story" anyone? Thanks for reading our blog. Hope everyone is well.

How fun! Snow every once in a while is better than snow never or snow all the time. (Deep thoughts...)

Jared misses you. I showed him the picture of you and he remembers you. I hope everything is going well in Oregon. It is good to catch up.

I love the baby snowman. Too bad we haven't had any snow in St. George. I guess Gracie will have to wait until next year for her first snowman (I guess I should say snowperson if I really want to be politically correct ;)

You can have the rest of Michigan's expected snow for the whole winter. Think of it as a Christmas gift that keeps on giving.
