Good morning, good afternoon, good evening, or good night. I hope you are feeling well. I am a satisfied tired. I've been tired all day though, so you don't need to think that I've been working really hard. Just growing a baby. It really wears me out! I'm almost done with the first trimester already (hooray!), and I don't feel nearly as sick as I did with Kjersten. Hooray again! I wonder if it's a boy. I don't think that Jonas and I are going to find out the gender this time, but we're not saying anything definite. A lot may change in 10 weeks.

My sister, Amy, and her family arrived last Thursday, worn out and happy to be out of the car. They drove from St. Louis to Eugene over a four-day period. Their house is looking great; both Amy and Kyle are hard workers, and it seems like most of their boxes are unpacked. They have a lot of furniture shopping to do now. It's quite the jump to move from student housing to a real home. We live only a 10-minute walk away, and we've spent a lot of time together thus far. It's been great!

Jonas, Papa (who turned 50 today. Happy Birthday, Papa!), and Josh are enjoying the last day of the Track and Field Olympic Trials today. I think they've had a great time together. It's fun to see something as big as Olympic Trials. I lived in Provo, UT when the Winter Games were in Salt Lake City. I went up to SLC once during the Games, and there was so much energy, so much to see and do. I unfortunately didn't volunteer at the Games, though I wish I had now, but my sister Marisa did, and I think she was glad for the experience. I don't know that I'll ever be that close to the Games again in my lifetime. Jonas and I are going to buy bunny ears for our TV so we can watch the Olympics this summer. My favorite summer events are gymnastics, of course, and swimming. I'm excited to watch track and field with Jonas and have him explain it to me. Josh, Jonas' brother, is very knowlegable about track and field and the competitors. He's been fun to listen to at the end of the day.

True to form, I haven't taken any pictures of the guys or of Amy's family or their new home. I'll do so soon. Posts without pictures or links just seem naked, you know?

Hey, I'm famous in your blog! I'm glad we're neighbors, since I have no other friends in our fair town. Thanks for the good times.
