Email Inbox

I inherited a gene I like to call the minimizing gene from my mother. I like this gene a lot, most of the time. I like to go through our house at least one a year and clean out all the junk, and I have little problem recognizing and eliminating items we haven't used in the past year. It's a very satisfying feeling. But sometimes the inclination to clean and put things in order is challenged. Take the holidays for example. I have ordered four or five things online (and I can think of one more I need to get), and I like to keep the emails that Amazon or whoever sends me in case there are problems. I delete the emails after receiving the product and making sure they are in good order. Currently, my inbox has about five times the amount of emails it usually does, and I confess it's a little stressful for me. I just want my items to get here so I can delete the messages that are piling up. Truly, I care more for that than getting the actual gift and wrapping it. Oh come on, you have a similar idiosyncrasy, I know you do. So what's one of yours?

Hey, I think you might be dominant (judging by your desire to keep your inbox so clean). :) As far as being bigger this time, I agree that it is hard to remember. My main judge is that I have a really deep belly button and it didn't go flush with the rest of my belly until the last week or so. I still have a little bit of an innie but not much. If I was this big I totally forgot how uncomfortable it was. It's getting closer though! Did you check Carley's blog and see pics of her new baby girl?

I have that same gene! I can't stand my e-mail inbox being all cluttered, and I can't wait to delete all those messages! We must be sisters.

No, no, I don't have any quirky things like that. Huh. How weird that you do.
