Kjersten woke us up at 6:30 this morning. I went into her room to change her diaper, read her books, etc. I like to open up the curtains right away to see what's going on in the world, so I pull back her curtains, and lo and behold, it had snowed!!!!! In Eugene, OR!!!! In April of all months!!!! This was totally unexpected for me.
On another note, we had a great time with our friends, the Workmans. We went to an indoor playground in Eugene, Cape Perpetua on the coast, one of the coolest playgrounds in the USA, Discovery Village in Salem, OR, and enjoyed one another's company.
Hmm, I can't figure out how to post the pictures in relation to the comments I am making.
On a final note, we ate sugar while the Workmans were here. Jonas and I are setting a rule that we can have one treat a week. Tomorrow is Mandi's birthday, so we'll have cake with her, of course. Um, do you care?

snow? What a bummer! It's really cold here too, but no snow (not even frost, thank goodness). I guess that makes it not truly cold. But it feels really cold.
Sorry about the snow. You could move to California and it won't snow :) Good job on the sugar stuff. You are my hero.
