Beach times
The stars aligned for our family this week as Papa's (grandpa's) work required him in a nearby city, so we got a visit from Goombaw and Papa. The girls absolutely adore their grandparents, especially Goombaw, who is up for anything, real or pretend. We went to a park, an indoor gym, and the crowning event, a trip to the coast! It took us awhile to actually get to a beach, and a bit longer to find one where the wind wasn't blowing 30 mph, but we conquered at last! We found a little gem of a beach tucked away from the heaviest wind; We actually felt warm as the sun beat down. As you can see, it was a beautiful day. Thank you, Goombaw and Papa, for the great visit.

You know I envy people who can utter the phrase, "actually felt warm!" How would it be to actually feel cold?! Glad you got a family visit and adventure!
Ah yes, beach days are great! And your little boy is sooooo cute!!! Is there as story about the huge bow tie?
