You may have read my past laments about not breeding good nappers. Kj and M both averaged about hour to hour-15-minute naps, with M stopping her naps one month after turning two. They've also only ever napped in the car or their beds. Therefore, I've never had the occasion to capture those funny sleeping positions that I see from time to time. One of my favorites was my friend's little girl who was half way on a big chair. Too funny! But a miracle happened today! M fell asleep on the floor. The girls have (sadly) been arguing a lot this morning, and I had had it by one pm, so I sent them to separate rooms. Kj came down after 10 minutes or so, but M was being so quiet, I knew something was up. I walk into the room only to see this:
Good thing I put that blanket in there with her! Thanks for that, Aunt Amy. Sadly, she'll probably be up until 10 pm tonight, but I just don't have the heart to wake her up. It's been such a lovely, quiet hour.
By the way, it is a sad and annoying thing when 39 weeks and 4 days pregnant to walk down the stairs only to realize that I forgot something upstairs and have to walk up again.
Or to drop something that needs picking up.
I thought I was going into labor on Monday, but no such luck. I am ready and excited to have this baby!

I love taking pictures of macey falling asleep all over our house :) they are so sweet when the are sleeping. I want you to have your baby.... maybe tonight :)
Little M is so sweet asleep on the floor. I'm glad she likes her quilt.
