Sorry I haven't blogged in awhile. Apparently once a month is my current trend.
Life is great for us here in the Pacific Northwest! September was a bummer because it rained a lot, but October is behaving itself and giving us warm, sunny days. We're going apple picking today, hooray!!! We got our pumpkins last weekend and will hopefully carve them this weekend. I love autumn, mostly for all the beautiful colors. There's a street in our town called Sunset Boulevard, and it reminds me of a sunset right now as I drive down it: reds, oranges, yellows, golds, a beautiful array of colors lining the street. It's spectacular, really.
Update on my Little Buddy. He went to his two-year check up and we got all the measurements. He's a little guy, just now fitting into his 24 month pants, but has quite the noggin. The stats are 28% for weight, 54% for height, and - get this - 93% for head. Whoa. That's a lot of head. Good thing he is so cute!!! We call him 93 sometimes now. Do any of you get a secret pleasure from teasing your kids without their knowing it?
We had our first bug of the season, a sore throat followed by an icky cough, and Moo got into some poison oak and it's all over her face. Thankfully there's a clinic open on Saturday so we got her the meds, etc. and it's looking much better. Apparently we need to brush up on our plant identification again. I think she got it at the park behind our house.
Okay, baby sleeping so I must maximize my time! Thanks for dropping by. I'd love to hear from you!

I would like to note that I do not tease Seth about his head every time I see him like you did with Kara. Luckily she was too little to get a complex! Big noggins are the best. Happy fall!
I teased her EVERY time? Maybe every other time. :)
Well, maybe he will be super smart. One can always hope. But if not, he is super handsome and that might make up for lack of smarts. :)
