Day 2 of sugar-free has come and gone, and I'm doing okay. I'm trying to load up on veggies, as I understand it helps with the "withdrawals." I crave and want to the sugar, but then if I busy myself, I forget that I want it. It will probably be three weeks before I don't want sugar anymore. I think having sugar is more of a habit, a ritual, an expectation. So I'm trying to eat a piece of fruit and yoga-sizing before I go to bed, instead of eating sugar. And I've found I really like raisins. The end.
