Today I worked on my curtains. I had to wind a new bobbin twice, and ran out of thread once. But I worked on them! I may not get the main section done by this weekend because we're going to a friend's lake house on Saturday (so fun!), and also because. . .
Today Malia took three 20-minute naps. Ugh. The girl has no schedule whatsoever. Sometimes she takes great 2-hour naps, but most of the time, they are little itty bitty things. She wakes up crying; I tried letting her cry it out, but after half an hour of crying for about a week, she still doesn't settle down. And she stays awake for two or three hours with minimal fussing before her next cat nap. It seems like she would need more, but maybe I have a super baby.
Today I took the girls to a different park, about a 20-minute walk from our house. Maybe 25. I forgot that it was a sand park, and Kjersten does not like sand. I had to carry her between the apparatuses. She whined a lot.
Today was a gorgeous day! Bright, blue sunny skies, a slight breeze, and warm weather. I'm excited to go biking tomorrow.
Today I did laundry. And vacuumed the upstairs.
I'm glad today is almost done.

Sounds like you are a mom:))) It is so hard to stay on top of everything. I feel like I spend Monday - Friday catching up on the house cleaning and laundry. I finally catch up on Friday just to start over on Monday. It is never ending. ;) Then just when I decide that I am going to play and not clean my house, then someone comes over and sees my disaster and I am embarrased. But nobody comes over when it's clean!!!
